Board Meetings
The Lower Heart River Water Resource District is responsible for the operation and maintenance and improvements to the Lower Heart River Levee System that provides flood protection for the City of Mandan from the Heart River. The Lower Heart River Water Resource District meets the fourth Tuesday of each month.
